My bag is nearly identical. Don't let anyone say you carry too much stuff. I carry a mini roll of toilet paper. People tease me, but, oh, the times it has come in handy.

the rosebud salve is the best lip balm i've ever tried, and from the photo it should be obvious that i've tried a few.
the bags (and sometime wipes) are for the dog. but i have used the (unused!) bags for other purposes, like food transport. the tissues are very handy, plus they are from the japanese dollar store, and have chihuahuas on them.
i'm not sure where the snickers came from. stolen from a candy bowl? -
