Overwhelming Diagnosis
Image was taken of a Nigerian doctor after he diagnosed a 2 year old boy with typhoid, malaria, malnutrition, worms, and a laundry list of other ailments. This was patient 3 of over 125 patients that would be seen in the next 5 hours.
