You had to be here. My Xmas parade comes by my house every year. We have a "parade party" and a hundred people and kids come by to watch the menagerie of flat bed tractor trailers parade by. It lasts an hour and a half! Basically people just throw their couches on and they ride through town and wave. Anyway, I just love the Xmas Hag. I named her that. Ain't she sweet? You only get this in a small town.
