i took this on our old farm during the tail end of a cyclone up north. mum and da's house. they got flooded in a few times. i got out one morning to go surfing in byron bay. my mum called me on the way home and told me to turn around cause i couldn't get back in. the river had risen. so, i grabbed my surfboard and paddled across the paddock, past the cows, up to their armpits in water.
