When shooting a subject such as the Eiffel Tower, which has been photographed by millions, it is difficult to avoid cliché. The trick is to find something new or do it in your own style. This is not always easy, but I found inspiration in the lines and repeating patterns and came away with two pretty original images with which I was very happy. Shooting black and white film helps me see these types of photographs in my mind more easily than digital.

    I took this exact picture like 2 weeks ago, and I still think it is a great shot. But don't worry about taking shots that have been taken, nothing lasts forever.
