Politics can be very complex when you have 1.1 Billion people to look after. Especially when only 20 Million of them have access to hygienic toilets. And 1,000 children a day are dying from preventable diseases like dysentery.
You get a $5,000 bounty for killing or capturing key members of the communist party in several Indian States. Which is an awful lot of money for your average Indian. It raises interesting questions about sustaining the world's largest democracy, that's for sure.
