If you see a great photo that would make a perfect entry for one of our Shoot Out photo contests but it was uploaded by another user, now you can enter that photo in the contest and, if it wins, you get to share in the contest winnings.
Like a photo editor, if you've got an eye for great work, find it and submit it to a contest. If it wins, since you staked the entry fee, you'll take home part of the prize (the rest, of course, goes to the member who shot the image).

Lord Ganesh is an elephant headed mythological hindu god. Lokmanya Bal Gangadhar Tilak (Freedom Fighter and statesman) started to unite people, for freedom against british empire which was ruling india in 1893.
Today it is annually celebrated in Public places, apartments, colonies, schools, train stations !!
This image was taken during the 11th day when the idol is taken for immersion in a waterbody (such as lakes or seas).
This is a picture of a family who had the lord ganesh idol at their apartment for 10 days. Here on the 11day they are performing the last prayers before the immersion of the idol in a lake.
This picture in literal sense portrays the faith of the family in the lord, that they braved the strong rains to perform the last rituals.
