Every year, nyc changes more and more. This photo was taken in 2003 from a building that used to be inhabited by many working class city dwellers in rent stabilized apartments. Since then, that entire development of rent stabilized apartment buildings has been sold. Many people have lost their homes due to that deal. And every year, it becomes more expensive to get this view of NYC. Our city has been sold to the highest bidder. Please vote for this photo, so that this view can be seen by everyone. Not just the rich.
