This picture was taken from my balcony which overlooks the downtown Toronto neighbourhood known as "The Annex". The exposure is somewhere around 8 seconds, just enough time to have the cars make it two blocks.

great shot, love the angle. looks like where every you took that from is the higest point for miles.

It is quite deceiving as my balcony faces west which looks out of the city. The view from the south or east sides of my building provide a much juxtaposed view from my own as it would be a much smaller building then the ones further downtown.
