This is is St Kilda, between Luna Park and the Palais Theatre. Both of which are iconic places that represent St Kilda and its vibrancy.
Strange that the windows of the Palais Theatre appear to be ablaze, as earlier this year it almost became victim to a fire, as the Palace (a well known concert venue) next door was burnt to the ground.
