For spring break this year I decided to go with a group to Biloxi, Mississippi to help out with the hurricane relief. There is so much there that has yet to be mended, and so many people still displaced. It's hard to believe that after a year and a half the city is still in such a state of disarray, but it's true. The damage I saw was incredible, and I still cannot even come close to fathoming what it was like to be there when Katrina hit. These are piers that were destroyed in the storm.
