Vietnam is still recovering from a history riddled with occupation and violence. It's people, mostly poor villagers, live under strict Communist rule. With recent tourism due to the countries cheap accomidations, it seems the government and its people are heading towards an unpredictable and perhaps serious shift in economy and power structure. This was taken in the small but rapidly developing village of Hoi An.
