Max is a full-breed American Eskimo. My family has always loved our other dog, Polly, who is also an American Eskimo - so we couldn't resist Max when he came along (who could?). He was about 8 weeks old when I took this picture.

This is rather excellent Hannah. The baby-on-arm photo has become such an over used cliche, just as much as the baby's feet in an adult's hand. (You can find thousands and thousands of variations ad nauseum on these two themes all over the 'net.)
But in using such a splendid little dog you have artistically punched right through that wet paper bag of sameness and created a wonderful work of fine art photography.
