mckenzies bay. sydney, australia, earth, the milky way. thats tamarama in the forground. wonderland reef. low tide. summer.
i love k-bay. theres no beach, there's heaps of sea urchins and every summer there's a few sharks that cruise around. enough to keep the tourists outta the water. but the rock platform is easy to jump off, so you dont have to paddle out, the waves can be super fun and, well theres a good vibe in the water cause everyone knows what they're doing. nearly everyone. i've done a couple of rescues out there. its hard to get them out cause there is no beach, and its all rocks and eel grass. so- you tell em you saw a shark. yep, they'll walk on water like the second coming. bless.
