Day Trip to Santa Barbara

I took a brief road trip to Santa Barbara where one of my sons goes to school, to attend a ceremony recognizing students who made the president's honor roll (yes, I'm bragging). This series is also in honor of the road trip king, Simon Kossoff.

Congratulations on your son's honor at school. I know how you feel, my quit college to get married and after being married for 17 years, divorced and went back to college to finish. She made a straight 4.0 average and graduated with honors.
