What city do you live in? What neighborhood?
I live in Santarem, the capital of Ribatejo that is located 65 Km far from Lisboa (Capital of Portugal).
What are some adjectives that describe your neighborhood?
Calm, quiet, friendly, hot and gotic.
How long have you lived there, and what brought you there?
I was born in Santarem, and its where i have all my life at this point. I only left the city to study, the longing was so many that i got back and never left again. Nowadays i work in the Town Hall.
What is your favorite thing about this place? Your least favorite?
It`s a very quiet town and also it`s known for it`s gotic churches and bullfights. I think that is nothing that i do not like about Santarem.
Do you feel that you belong there?
Yes, i can`t imagine living in other place.
What is the most common misconception about where you live?
Everyone thinks that who lives here has a farm and is a creator of horses and bulls.
What is a special fact about your city that you have to live there to know?
The best cake in the world called "Pampilho" hehehe was invented here.
What aspect of your city do you secretly love?
When i wake up i love to see through my living room window the clouds covering the Tagus River (Rio Tejo) one of the biggest rivers in Peninsula Iberica (Portugal and Spain).
