Seasonal Shades

For every season there are hundreds of thousands shades. Shades enhance any kind of photo including the sky, indoors, outdoors, day time, night time, self-portaits, pets, and everything you capture with your camera. I love shades in photos because it brings a particular beauty with each one. I like to call it, "Mixture."
Shades from two variations of light can make a brilliant photo. Shades from sunrises and sunsets make wonderful photos. Shades can highlight another subjects beauty.
I like shades from all four seasons. Each season provides unique challenges for the photographer. During Summer, the challenge of shades comes at high noon. Most often during this time, the shades are small. In Autum, when the earth's axis turns, the best shades are seen during this time because the sun is at an angle which provides all types of wonderul shades for a beautiful photo.
During Winter, shades are more often long and narrow which provide photographers with unique challenges to capture the "Best" photo.
Spring brings a new season of shades starting with shades from the earth's axis turning once again. During Spring I find it the best time to capture photos using shades anytime during the day.
Black and White photos are woonderful when various shades are captured in them. The shades make each b&w photo beautiful and unique.
Self-portaits are wonderful when shades define a person's face, smile or in a setting including under a tree, inside a home, or anywhere outdoors where the sunlight and shade "Mix" at the right time making the self-portait a beautiful photo.
Everyday I try to find the perfect subject to capture in a shade or shades yet I discovered there is no "Perfect" capture using shades in my photos because there are too many shades from "Mother Nature."
To Shades..Here! Here!

I agree...and aren't we lucky to just experience some of Nature's palette of colour. You have shown some lovely shades above Jack.
