The Family Feline: Patience

Well, I've done it!

I'm a first time author and my 40-page color picture book about how a feline named Patience changed my point of view will be released within a week or so. "...From Rescue Shelter To Home Shelter...", published by Authorhouse (Bloomington, Indiana - ISBN:978-1-4490-7140-0) is a dream come true, and I am excited to no end.

The book is a witty story of when I first met Patience our Cat almost two years ago, and how she conned her way into our home and, eventually, into our hearts.

Patience, the main character in this 40-page pictorial essay, was rescued from an animal shelter in Maryland by my daughter four years ago. And that is how this story really begins.

I never like Cats however and, quite frankly, couldn't stand being in the same room with one of those little furry buggers much less living with one. But Patience has changed all that, and I enjoy so much that she is living with us as a member of the Munnings household.

I hope you enjoy it and, as always, your comments are greatly appreciated.

Congratulations on the book and Yes I once was not very fond of cats either! Now I have four of them!

These are some incredible cat portraits. I always liked cats that belonged to other people. LOL. But they show up all hungry and sad and just wrap themselves around your heart. Congrats on your book.
