An Arch and it isn't golden

My daughter was four when construction began on the Gateway Arch. I have pictures taken with my little pink 110 Kodak, of my daughter leaning against the first constructed leg. She looks like a tiny Barbie doll standing next to the enormous shinny leg. The view from the top is breath taking. Facing east is the state of Illinois. Directly below on the east side is the Mississippi River. The river resembles a long skinny snake twisting along on the left side and right side of the Arch. The west side overlooks the amazing city of Saint Louis, Missouri. The tours to the top of the Arch are during the day. This gives you the opportunity to see the city below alive with activity. When visiting the mid-west the Saint Louis Gateway Arch is a must see.

This is really beautiful. Just last weekend, I drove by Saint Louis at 5 in the morning and the Arch was beautiful!

Great skyscraper and you got it from a different perspective than most.
