Istanbul is a city both extremely religious, yet at the same time a secular feeling can be seen in the actions and expressions of the citizens. It is a city filled with young students wearing western clothing kissing in the streets but also a city filled with very religious and veiled women.

I'm really so sad now, cos' I can't believe that how you can put just these kind of woman photos which make a wrong idea in foreign people's minds about Turkish women! I live in Istanbul which is the biggest city in Turkey with about 15.000.000 population, and probably, barely 30% OF THE WOMEN who live in Istanbul wear like in the photos that you presented. Moreover, wearing scarf is their choices! If you don't like DO NOT come to our beautiful, peaceful and unique country that's all!!! I have many European friends who especially know vey well about Istanbul. They sincerely believe that Istanbul has no differences with any other mega cities in Europea, too. Anyway, I hope you can reconsider about the photos! By the way , I ll wait a logical response as well... Bye!
