Combat Boxing in Thailand which is also Thailand's National Sport. Traditional Thai Boxing is gender specific (i.e. women not allowed to touch or on the ring). To Western eyes, having young men fighting may be something unthinkable but in Thailand, it is often an honor and for many poor men, a means of survival and way of living/ providing for their family.
Almost all techniques in Muay Thai use the entire body movement with rotating hips and kicks, punches, elbows and blocks.
