The Heel Mansion

I recently had the pleasure and privilege of meeting a woman named Cathy Heel. Not only did I get to meet her, but she gave me a tour of her home.

Cathy was once a school teacher in Vancouver, but had to retire due to injuries she sustained as a result of falling off a horse.

Apparently, the accident caused extreme changes in Cathy's personality. She now lives an eccentric and reclusive life in what was once her family's home on the outskirts of a small city called Enderby, in British Columbia.

Here, she creates exquisite and unique works of art. And methodically removes the walls from what was once a stately mansion. I really hope the house doesn't collapse with her inside it.
