They're Back

Bright color and repetitive shapes in any setting will always catch the eye. It just so happens that here, it's sugary marshmallow bunnies, better known as Peeps.
Since the kids love them, we've started to make this an annual photo tradition, much like the Washington Post's Peep diorama contest. Personally, the taste is not my cup of tea, but it's now a solid challenge to see what we can come up with to make an image. With the reflection of the sugar crystals and the bright colors, it can get a bit tricky in pp with saturation, vibrancy and brightness. Nevertheless... a challenge is a challenge. Do it for the children, won't you?

Who doesn't love Peeps. The tradition at our house is to microwave them. I'm not going to tell you what happens. That would ruin it. But your kids will die laughing. Great images, particularly the dealer.
