Photo Essay

Shedding light on my nostalgia addiction

We recently visited the Canterbury Shaker Village in New Hampshire and I fell in love. (indoor photography was forbidden of course! shhhh...) Since moving to New England, many of my photos are of places and things that seem to have been frozen in time. I love being able to experience the beauty and simplicity of times gone by. Maybe it's just that I am overwhelmed with the fast pace of today and our addiction to technology. Or maybe I just love rusty metal, chipped paint and pretty glass. Who knows...
