I have one goal when it comes to my photojournalism work. Tell the subjects story through a series of images. The time that I spent with Baltimore fighter Vince Mosca was extraordinary. My goal was to step outside of my comfort zone and take on a project that I've never done before. The process of Documenting a fighter was very unexpected because I had to be prepared for anything because I didn't know what was expected next.
Over a month Vince Mosca was training at his camp Baltimore Brazilian Ju-Jitsu in Essex,Maryland for his upcoming fight in Allentown,Pennsylvania. At his current age of 20, Vince currently has a record of 5-0. This fight would be his first fight since the summer of 2013 because of an injury he had sustained. With emotions high and a lot of training ahead of him Vince allowed me to get a behind the scenes look at his hard work, dedication, and what it takes to be a fighter.
