When I read Alan Ranger's story on architectural photography, I thought that it is a cool idea to collect all of the images related to Alan's mentoring assignment given to his students.

After visiting his personal website, some of his tips were valid and somehow reflected to my previous photos taken during my travels.

Without any hesitation, I decided to make this as a project that something other members/non-members can try or teach it to others.

Urban structure is my focus to illustrates Alan's mentoring program. Buildings are everywhere in the city and both exterior and interior parts of these structures can be explored to depict varied architectural forms and designs.

If you are interested to take part on Alan's mentoring program as part of your JPG Project photo essay, then visit his Story of the Week - 33 posted on the 25th July, 2014. Click Here

Note: Please do not forget to include the story that inspired you to do your project in your write-up as part of this project series originally inspired by Alan Ranger. Enjoy sharing your stories.
