There isn't a fairy godmother, a knight in shining armor, nor is there a provider to say everything will be fine come sunrise. She discovers what family means and how she must be responsible during the crucial time her baby girl begins to establish trust and communication.
There are many magical moments in a mother-daughter relationship. To acknowledge love comes willingly but with a high price. Our personal debt to survive has no helping hand.
Having a never-ending surplus of love is crucial for a child. In reality the first things you provide is the ability to pay bills. Without this, there is no gas to cook with, a cold tub, and no light to read a child's tale and keep her safe from the goblins in the night.
You embrace her and know she is all you have and in the day she knows you are all she has. You are the mother of sustenance and faith.
