A roadside tribute.

Driving through the hills of Northwest Connecticut I came upon a family homestead with a tribute to our fallen heros. I wasn't quite sure exactly if it was for the soldiers fighting for our freedom or for the victims of 9-11.
After asking at the local coffee shop, I was told there is a cross in the field for each soldier lost in the line of duty.
I found it nice to see someone taking the time to remember our soldiers and figured by photographing it and sharing it on JPG many more would see.
The Other 2 photos (tractor and large cross) were memorials I have seen in my recent travels in CT.

I found this story inspirational, and it also struck close to home (I live in CT).
