Devoid of photo opportunities.

Welcome to Mosul, Iraq. Or to be more specific, FOB Marez and LSA Diamondback. I'm not kidding when I say "devoid of opportunities." After my first 3 months, there was just nothing left.
Soldiers? Check. Helicopters? Check. Tanks? Check. Planes? Check. Sunrises/sunsets? Check. Beat up Iraqi equipment? Check. Stuff in the dayroom/my room? Check.
There is nothing left for me to photograph (unless of course I stumble across a Desert Cobra or Horned Viper).
I love photography... This place is hell for photographers.
