Photo Essay

Bolsa Chica Egrets

These beautiful birds are in fairly common down at the wetlands. The easy way to tell them apart is the Snowy has a black beak and yellow feet and the Great Egret has a yellow beak and black feet and is usually double the size unless a juvenile. Even though you can usually see these birds on a daily basis (especially the Snowy) it's hard to resist trying to capture an even better shot. I hope you enjoy these.
