Fog: Looking down on the Clouds
By Daniel Kazor
21 Jun 2008
THE fog comes
on little cat feet.
It sits looking
over harbor and city
on silent haunches
and then moves on.
-Carl Sandburg
Fog in simplest terms is just clouds touching the ground, but it is more, so much more. It adds mystery and mood.
An inversion provided me with a beautiful spring day above the clouds enshrouding Vancouver. Dramatic and stunning vistas of fog and the few tallest buildings poking through made for a wonderful photographic opportunity.

This invokes for me a memory of San Francisco and the Golden gate bridge. It fogs over also, I love it there.
