In The Green....

As Meister Eckhart once said "If the Only Prayer You Say In Your Life Is Thank You, that would Suffice.."
There is so much beauty in the simplicity of Nature, it boggles the mind.
As I go through the trails each day on my hikes, , I see works of art in a simple leaf, or a bent tree, or a glistening stream of water running , flowing, turning,...
I observe, watch, then meditate on this beauty that has been given to us free of charge.....
The hustle and bustle of our daily lives makes us oblivious to the beauty that surrounds us , if only we would just stop, look, listen to the sounds of Mother Nature, inviting us to touch her beauty.
I hope I have struck a chord with even just one person, go out, stop what you are doing and smell the roses.........
