Historic Stonehead

Welcome to Stone Head, Indiana, USA...
an unincorporated town located in Van Buren Township in Brown County. A place with a lot of barns, a lot of pasture and a lot of laid back attitude (where up-tight individuals are not really welcomed & wouldn't like it anyway).
I grew up with much of my playtime starting with a bicycle ride up and down hilly country roads. I would either turn around at the stone head in Stone Head which you see in the color photo and/or meet up with friends there so we could then ride off and play.
I road my bike out there for the first time in 11 years yesterday to take pictures. I had 4 cameras on me. all used in this essay. A Pentax P3, a Nikon D30, a Canon Sure Shot with a zoom, and a Samsung LG (my cell phone also).
It was a good ride & everything was pretty much the same as when I was a child and that's a good thing.
