First time to Coney Island

While visiting friends in Brooklyn, they asked what I wanted to do while in New York. Armed with a Holga and a 35mm camera loaded with slide film, what would be my first choice?
Coney Island!
We took the J train into Manhattan just to get on the Q at Canal St to take the long ride to Coney. Once we got there we were welcomed by the long line at Nathan's, where I got a chili dog, corn dog, and corn on the cob (I recommend all but the corn on cob). The place is a visual treat, I'm so glad I went. So many things are wrong with the place, but like my Holga, those wrong thing turn out to be a big right.
I've heard rumors of the "big time developer" who bought a bunch of land there and wants to redo it. Please keep Coney the way it is!
