Autumn in Ontario, Canada ushers in fall fair season. It seems like every town in Ontario holds a fair to celebrate the harvest and Lindsay is no exception. Located in the Kawartha Lakes District right in the middle of the province, the town's Lindsay Central Exhibition draws crowds from all of the neighboring farming communities. Over five days this exhibition includes livestock shows, pig races, concerts, baking and vegetable competitions, a tractor pull and a midway. This year, the fair ran from September 17 to September 21. I attended on Saturday September 20, 2008 - camera in hand.
