What city do you live in? What neighborhood?
I live in Doylestown, Pennsylvania. In the Township with all the overly decorated homes and lavish swimming pools. Where people move when they know nothing about money and care little of inflation(my Parents choice)
What are some adjectives that describe your neighborhood?
How long have you lived there, and what brought you there?
My parents moved me here when I was young. I have been living here for 6 years now.
What is your favorite thing about this place? Your least favorite?
I like how quiet and relatively safe it is. How its close enough to the rural part of town but I can still hide away in my own home.
Do you feel that you belong there?
Not at all actually. Despite its happy homemaker charm, I am much more of a city person, though its nice to get away from the noise, I miss all the life of the the big city.
What is the most common misconception about where you live?
That everyone that lives here is rich and that our lives are all perfect because we have 4 bedrooms.
What is a special fact about your city that you have to live there to know?
James A. Michener and Henry Mercer both lived and died here and their greatest works are right outside my door.
What aspect of your city do you secretly love?
Doylestown is very artsy, we have our own art museum and we close the streets the first friday of every month and have first night where their is food, fun and music and the arts.
Anything else you'd like to add?
I can not wait to get out of here.
