Humor keeps us humming

Nowadays we see life warfare on tv, video games that consist of gory details that even surpasses what we see on tv most of the time, it doesn't seem to have such an effect on us anymore but I think it does, it hardens us, toughens us up so that nothing surprises us anymore. It numbs us, makes us immune to the pain we could/should feel. THe media feeds us with so many streams of these types of news items that it has shut me down completely. I don't even watch the news that much anymore, started listening more to the news on the radio in the car. Either listening to pre-selected Internet radio channels on my smartphone hooked up through UMTS/3G to the car stereo or BBC World that still is a qualitatively good station in my ears. I love to see good news, news that makes me feel like there is still a chance that we will survive ourselves. Hope these pictures will aid that cause :). Enjoy

You got my vote! This is an excellent article that shows the positivie. We don't see enough of that. I agree that the media pushes the bad, the ugly and its getting worse by the day. Thanks for sharing!
