What city do you live in? What neighborhood?
Until recently I lived in Camden, which is known for being quite an edgy area of London, I work in Hoxton, the ultra hip part of town, and recently moved to Bethnal Green which is a very diverse part of town. all these areas have there good and bad spots but are all very exciting places to live.
What are some adjectives that describe your neighborhood?
My neighborhood is a mix of imagrants and rich city workers, the streets have exclusive bars next to ramshakled stores selling food from all over the world, to very poor people trying to get by. All mixed up in a sometimes weird melting pot.
How long have you lived there, and what brought you there?
Nearly 4 years, I came here to manage a bar here, and because I have always loved this city
What is your favorite thing about this place? Your least favorite?
The difficult thing I find about photographing here is that London is a real mix of old and new, and is constantly changing. It differs from, say Paris or rome in that it has such diversity that it doesn't really have a proper identity. This can make it difficult to photograph as I find a lot of the streets contain a mix of beauty and ugliness.
Do you feel that you belong there?
More than anywhere else
What is the most common misconception about where you live?
That its expensive, many a bargain can be had here.
What is a special fact about your city that you have to live there to know?
Walk eveywhere, the tube is just a way to help congestion. The city can be easily explored on foot and should be!!!
What aspect of your city do you secretly love?
That you can get completly lost and nobody knows who you are.

awesome. i want to go to camden market so badly! hopefully i make it there sometime in the summer since my best friend promised to take me. my favourite place is portobello in notting hill. i live at kingston but now im in canada for skool ... =[ so yea .. i miss london a lot and all that damn rain!
