The ones I love

There is nothing more precious to me than my children. Nothing for me is a sacrifice if it's for them.
I do not give them everything, even if I could. Part of my responsibility is to teach them that nothing is free, and that you have to work and make choices that sometimes are hard. Most of the time is great fun. Adolescence is not as bad as I tough it would be for a father. I do get mad at times, but for the most part I give thanks for having such good kids.
It's not easy at times, but is the best job I ever had.

I like the balance in the article, between nurturing your kids and preparing them for adulthood. Nice work
