    very cool shot - imho the skylight could be cropped out as it tends to draw the eye away from the cat

    Yup, very cool shot, and I agree with Bob. Crop directly below the skylight to keep the wonderful diagonal of the ceiling.

    absolutely not! do NOT crop the skylight out, that would make the photo about 90% less interesting! nice perspective, i like this just the way it is.
