Thought you might get a kick out of this steeper perspective of the previous shot, taken from the start of the really worn steps leading up to one of the hilltop fortresses in Porto Ercole on the promontory of Monte Argentario in southern Tuscany.

    Don, I ran up to where I took this shot and down. Just kidding. Actually stopped a couple of times on the way up to rest, as well as take pictures, and carefully walked down.

    Love those really old worn steps at the top..I always wonder about how many feet have traveld up and down those steep steps...Excellent effort and it paid off!.
