Old distressed Valley Oak tree in the Tehachapi Mtns. of California surviving behind an R.V. park where we spend our winters. Shot with a Nikon point and shoot digital during a blowing snow storm in November. Only postwork is greyscale conversion of JPG original to remove a tiny spot of blue sky in upper right hand quadrant and the vignetting.
