Grant Wood's "American Gothic" is the most parodied American painting. I grew up about 40 or 50 miles from Stone City. I have been there several times and have seen the house. There is a Grant Woods Museum in Cedar Rapids, but American Gothic is at the Art Institue of Chicago. Fun shot!!
