I watched this guy kick the living hell out of his opponent round after round. At first, I thought it was a slaughter, but his opponent, bloody, banged up, and overpowered, kept his feet. In fact, he kept shaking it off and coming back.

After awhile, it became apparent that it didn't matter how much damage this vicious fighter dealt out--his much less intimidating opponent could somehow soak it up and keep going.

There was one moment when I saw a trace of doubt on the kid's face after receiving a brutal series of punches to the head and body. But it passed in a flash, and he waded bravely back in.

During the last round, it finally happened. The kid in a kick, (see photo) then another. Finally, pinned against the side of the cage, he swung and swung hard, and this man went down on his face.

It was brutal, but inspiring.
