What I experienced in India's villages was broken down into theory with Vipassana's discourses & engraved into my body by the meditation that follows.

The Desi Shanti of everyday village/town people is a practice they are born into, traditional wisdom.

Here a Marwari dukan wala (shopkeeper) in a Rajasthani village, Chothan taluk (district) by the Pakistani border.

A Meditation sitting at Dhamma hall. Vipassana center, Dhammagiri Igatpuri (village), Maharashtra (state), India.

Some examples of what I experienced on

In the story Just a weed.
