I decided to change my Avatar so went outside and stood in front of the door for this quick self portrait... it was not comfortable weather with cold wind and 28 degrees... consequently I didn't stand out there too long :) I haven't done too much with the high contrast monochrome feature in my effects menu and thought the old door would make a good background for this experiment..

Thank you for your kind words. I change my avatars frequently but thought high contrast monochrome might work better for showing detail when avatars are reduced to thumbnail size. Mainly this self portrait was an experiment for that purpose.
