I saw the Pampas grass glowing in the snow to photograph from the car as we were driving past on our way to run some errands....We still see a lot of ice from a sleet storm we had on the 24th.Driveways plus walking on some spots are treacherous..The main roads are good..Thankfully we have a wood stove to scatter the ashes on our long driveway for us to get out but still it is too slippery to park the car by the house. Winter as inconvenient as it can get, nature still has beauty to find in the snow.

Have a wonderful New Year's Eve and please be safe on the Highways!!

I agree with you Andrea about winter being inconvenient yet nature still has beauty to find in the snow.

I always notice the tall and statuary grasses that manage to stand up so well through the rigors of winter. These are particularly beautiful, too. Well seen and captured!
