"This is my will I dwell...Psalms 132: 14"

It was only 46 degrees when I did this self timer today which is why I am wearing a winter coat...We have had lots of rain for two days and feels like it could snow. There are leaves now on the lilac bush that I am standing in front of . Hopefully the little wrens wait for warmer weather before they migrate here. I bought a new wren house last year but a red squirrel wrecked it and ate the eggs besides. This one looks more durable ..all wood construction and according to the directions easy to clean..It says wrens are most likely to use it. Now we just have to find a good place to install it.

Thank you....It feels good to see blue sky and the rain stopped today.I look forward to seeing migratory birds in the spring. However one year we had a snow storm in May and a Phoebe bird who migrated here froze to death. It made me sick to find her dead body in the she was preparing a nest for her young and traveled many miles to reach her destination..I know you will take many good pictures of hummingbirds and bluebirds, Frank...They are beautiful birds!.

Beautiful self portrait and I love the look of your new wren house! They are the most delightful little songbirds and I couldn't imagine a summer without them around my yard. We are struggling with challenging weather here too and I worry about the birds who aren't as hardy.

Your yellow coat is pretty and I am sure that the wrens will like this new home to live in.
