I quickly photographed these carved wooden birds behind a glass case on the way out of the library yesterday. They are replicas of the following birds starting from left to right on top:

Male American Goldfinch, black capped Chickadee, Female Northern Cardinal,
and male Northern Cardinal.

The birds on the bottom I believe are supposed to be Blue bird and a House wren..In real life we see these two species arrive in the spring of the year but the ones on top are species that we see all year around. My late father used to like to wood carve as a hobby and I wish he would have seen this display.
