The raccoon returned again tonight after dark and caught these two having a private dispute through the window..As much as Tippi wanted to go outside to chase this annoying pest away I kept her inside the house..The raccoon had no fear of Tippi who was rapping on the window with her paws and yapping her head off:) Thankfully the raccoon left after awhile and he hasn't come out in the day time as of yet..What you see on the feeder is mostly shells left after emptying out the contents of the bowl for the cardinals who return for more seeds when it begins to get dark...They eat the seeds that are left from the day and leave the shells..I take the containers back in the house before it gets dark to prevent them from getting wrecked by
raccoons or possums.

I chose this picture for the "crouching tiger- hidden dragon" theme because of the way that Tippi was crouching over the back of the couch and the raccoon is trying to hide itself behind the cloak of darkness. Tippi seems to know anyway when the raccoon arrives without even seeing him ...Had to use flash on this image to make the raccoon visible to human eyes... as it was pitch black outside!

Best View in Light box! Thank you!

That ol' coon had better scoot soon. Looks like Tippi means business.

Thank you all for your kind words ....It is very appreciated..The raccoon gave us a break last
night and didn't show up on the feeder that I am aware of....At least our little watch dog didn't
    say anything....
